Well said, folks. Trust is the foundation for everything and, therefore, our most valuable asset. While it has to be earned, the good news is it is free. And even when lost, can be recovered over time. Keep up the good work. Jim

Great post Jim!
Many small businesses think they create trust with their employees and clients. But when you talk to both parties, there is a gap in what the owner thinks and what is reality.
You have to earn trust, and that is where ownership often drops the ball.
